According to Business Week [1], Hertz has added 3400 Prius cars to their "Green Collection," and Enterprise has 4000 hybrids and 450,000 cars that get more than 28MPG.

But, car rental companies say people on vacation with lots of luggage still prefer larger vehicles and SUVs.
